The development of tourism potential in rural areas plays a crucial role in improving local welfare and economy. This article discusses the development of Kayen Lor Village in Kediri, which is rich in tourist assets such as swimming pools and clear water springs. Through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, this program aims to empower the local community in creating a sustainable tourism village by utilizing existing assets. One of the efforts made is the enhancement of swimming pool facilities through the installation of a shade net. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to evaluate the effectiveness of this intervention. The results show that the installation of the shade net significantly enhances visitor comfort and tourist appeal. Despite facing challenges in the development of facilities and infrastructure, this program successfully improves the tourist experience, strengthens the village's economic potential, and contributes positively to infrastructure development and the quality of life in Kayen Lor Village.
