Abstract

Tourism villages are currently an alternative for developing regional potential which can also help increase economic development. Village communities can actively participate in regional economic development and improve people's living standards. The role of village communities in building tourist villages is development, where the management and success of tourist villages will also depend on the strategies and skills that local communities have. A tourist village cannot be separated from the problems faced in developing a tourist village as follows: lack of supporting infrastructure at the source of wild boar tourism, lack of promotion via social media, this can affect the level of satisfaction of visitors in the service or infrastructure at the source of the transportation. wild boars, which can indirectly affect the level of visitors at wild boar source tourism. In this research, the asset based community development approach research method or what is called the ABCD method is used. This method is used as a mentoring approach to the community and provides insight into people's thinking about the importance of tourist villages. The research results show that the benefits of developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) can be felt by residents. Some of the benefits obtained are that the community knows more about wild boar source transportation and increased knowledge of BUMDes administrators about how to develop boar source transportation.
