Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to improve the competence of PAUD teachers in Bontoala Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, in using art-based learning media to stimulate fine motor skills in early childhood. The training lasted for two days with an active and participatory approach, covering theory, practice in making learning media using art techniques, as well as discussion and evaluation. The results of the community service showed an increase in teacher understanding and skills, as well as initiatives to develop art-based learning media that are relevant to the surrounding environment to stimulate fine motor skills in early childhood. In general, this activity was effective in strengthening the competence of PAUD teachers and increasing child participation. Suggestions for its sustainability, it is necessary to develop a PAUD teacher community as a space that can be used as a place to share experiences and practices on an ongoing basis to support improving the quality of early childhood learning (PAUD).
