The gap in teachers' digital competence in developing independent teaching materials poses a major challenge at MAS Syekh Yusuf, Gowa Regency. The complexity of programming languages (coding) often serves as a psychological barrier ("stigma of difficulty") for teachers in creating educational websites. This Community Service (PkM) program aims to enhance teacher competence in designing web-based learning media using the non-coding Google Sites platform. The implementation method employed the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, comprising three stages: socialization of digital urgency, technical drag-and-drop training, and intensive mentoring. The activity involved 15 teachers from various subjects. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvements: (1) Product outcome: 100% of participants successfully published independent teaching websites containing materials and videos; (2) Cognitive outcome: the average technical competence score reached 87.33; and (3) Affective outcome: participants provided highly positive responses with a satisfaction index of 4.73 (Excellent), highlighting the ease of use as the most beneficial aspect. This training proves that the "no-coding" approach effectively dismantles the stigma of technical difficulty and boosts teachers' self-confidence in adopting digital innovations.
