Inisiasi Wirausaha Baru Berbasis Potensi Lokal Desa Ramah Lingkungan

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower the community to create new independent entrepreneurs to increase family income and work opportunities through exploiting the local potential that is owned by the village. This service activity was carried out in the village of Munungrejo, Ngimbang, Lamongan district. This community service activity is carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS) approach which provides opportunities for partners to actively participate in activities from problem identification to the end of the activity. The target of this community service activity is a group of farmers and breeders in Munungrejo village. This new entrepreneurial initiative is in the form of utilizing livestock waste to become fertilizer products starting from understanding and applying several methods of making fertilizer, packaging and marketing strategies. In addition, this community service also provides the entrepreneurial concept of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The impact of this fertilizer entrepreneur initiative is to contribute to the process of creating village added value, creating jobs and improve the family economy in the future.
