Deteksi Dini Resiko Penyakit Tidak Menular dan Pencegahannya Pada Masyarakat Prolanis Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri
Abstract
Various diseases that are classified as non-communicable, including; Heart disease, Cancer, Diabetes, Chronic lung disease, Stroke. Seeing the dangers posed by various non-communicable diseases, it is important for us to know how to prevent non-communicable diseases: Limit excessive consumption of sugar, salt, and fat, Routinely do physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day, Do not smoke or be exposed to smoke and cigarette residue, Maintain ideal body weight and prevent obesity, Check health regularly. Socialization of early detection of non-communicable diseases to the Community and PKK cadres of Sumberagung Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency was carried out with good health protocols, starting with giving a pretest to participants, continued with socialization and ending with a posttest. The understanding and willingness of the community and PKK cadres of Sumberagung Village, Wates District regarding early detection of risk factors for non-communicable diseases increased from an average of 50% to 75%. The Sumberagung Village community can understand how to carry out early detection of risk factors for non-communicable diseases
