Pengenalan Metode Analisis Korelasi Statistik pada Ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah Remaja
Abstract
The Youth Scientific Paper Organization (Karya Ilmiah Remaja or KIR) serves as a platform for students to develop critical thinking, research skills, and scientific writing from an early stage. One of the developmental programs introduced is a training on statistical correlation analysis, aimed at equipping students with foundational knowledge in examining relationships between variables in research. The activity included several phases, such as theoretical explanation, manual calculation practices, and data analysis simulations using statistical software like Excel and SPSS. The materials covered various types of correlation, including Pearson, Spearman, and Kendall. The results of the training showed that students were able to understand the basic concepts of correlation and apply them in simple research contexts. This program is expected to enhance students' statistical literacy and improve the quality of their scientific work within the school environment.
